Peregrine Pendants Shop Policy

Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our studio in Chicago. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Custom and made-to-order pieces may take additional time depending on the design and materials; production timelines are always discussed with you in advance.


Shipping

We are proud to ship worldwide. Every order is packaged with care and shipped using tracked, insured delivery through reliable carriers.

Domestic (U.S.): Typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
International: Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 10–20 business days. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout.


Chains

Every pendant comes with a complimentary sterling silver chain (18, 20, or 24 inches) available with sign-up offer. For those looking for a finer finish, 14k and 18k gold chain upgrades are available at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Refunds: You may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Store Credit: Returns made within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders: Custom and bespoke pieces (including settings for customer-supplied coins) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@peregrinependants.com with your order number. We’ll provide simple return instructions.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your pendant for another piece, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same condition requirements as returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


Custom Orders

We welcome custom commissions—whether it’s creating a bespoke pendant from one of our available coins or transforming a coin of your own. Please reach out through our Custom Orders page or email info@peregrinependants.com to discuss options. Once a design is agreed upon, an invoice will be provided and work will begin.
Please note that custom orders are final sale.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).


Authenticity & Legal Notice

Every coin used in our jewelry is authentic—typically struck around two millennia ago—and sourced exclusively from reputable, professional ancient coin dealers. These dealers provide a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, and we proudly extend that same guarantee to our customers.

Each pendant includes a signed certificate of authenticity along with a brief history of the coin. All of our coins are legally acquired and exported in accordance with U.S. and international laws. We do not sell coins considered restricted cultural property.
