Peregrine Pendants – Terms of Sale

At Peregrine Pendants, we believe in honoring the past while treating our customers with fairness and respect. The terms below lay out the details of how purchases from our website work — from pricing and payments to shipping, returns, and everything in between. 1. Authenticity Guarantee

Every ancient coin we offer is 100% authentic and acquired through reputable, professional ancient coin dealers. These dealers provide an unconditional lifetime guarantee of authenticity, and we proudly extend that same guarantee to you. Each pendant includes a certificate of authenticity and historical background.

2. Availability and Pricing

Each piece we create is one-of-a-kind, crafted around a singular ancient coin. As a result, all items are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue items, or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for any other taxes or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. If your payment is declined, we cannot process your order until the issue is resolved.

5. Shipping and Handling

We offer free 2–3 day shipping within the U.S., fully insured and with tracking. International shipping is available at an additional cost and may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If you're not satisfied, you may:

Return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return the item within 14 days for store credit or exchange.

Returned items must be:

In original, unworn condition
Unaltered
Accompanied by all original packaging and certificates

To initiate a return, please email us at info@peregrinependants.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

7. Product Information & Disclaimer

Each coin is unique in origin, condition, and composition. While we provide as much historical context and imagery as possible, slight variations or signs of age are part of what makes these artifacts special.

If you have sensitivities to metals, consult a physician before wearing jewelry containing ancient bronze, silver, or gold alloys.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peregrine Pendants disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid.

8. Errors and Omissions

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect.
