Unique: Roman
This coin appears to be gold (the material, orichalcum was used by the Romans for that reason). At about 25 mm in diameter and 10 grams in weight, this is a perfect coin size for a pendant.
18k Gold
Excellent coin. I only can find examples of these coins set in pre made settings (with tabs in the back). None that I could find were bezel saet, in 18k gold, like this one.

All our coins are acquired from reputable, professional ancient coin dealers who unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of the coin for life, and we therefore extend that guarantee to our customers. Each pendant includes a certificate and a brief history of the coin.
We work with a small network of trusted numismatic dealers, primarily in the U.S. and Europe (reputable, professional ancient coin dealers) Many of our coins have passed through reputable auctions or long-standing private collections.
Yes. Each pendant is hand-set by Joost van Rossum in our Chicago studio. The settings are custom-made for each coin in either 18k gold or sterling silver—never mass-produced or pre-made.
Yes. All of our coins are legally acquired and exported in accordance with U.S. and international laws. We do not work with coins considered restricted cultural property.
Yes. We ship worldwide using tracked, insured delivery through reliable carriers.
