Stunning and large ancient coin hand set in 18k gold. The chain attaches directly to the setting with two large lobster clasps. This piece is unique.

IONIA, Ephesos - silver tetradrachm

Obverse: cista mystica with serpent within ivy wreath
reverse: two serpents entwined around bow and quiver; Γ (date) to upper left, torch to right

Struck circa 180-67 BC (dated CY 3 (132/1 BC)
